Handstand Challenge

What’s included:
✨Weekly handstand class in the studio. Refine your technique, build strength and improve your balance with personalized support.
✨Saturday online session and play time. A short check-in to prepare you for the upcoming week, practice together, and stay motivated.
✨Daily mini handstand exercises. A simple weekly plan with 5-10 minute drills that help you build consistency and feel more stable on your hands.
✨Exclusive WhatsApp group. Stay connected, get reminders, share your progress and receive feedback throughout the challenge.

Level: Suitable for beginners and advanced alike. This challenge is not about perfection, it’s about leveling up.
Price: Included in all memberships. Without a membership, you only pay for the studio classes (CHF 140 in total) and receive everything else for free.
