February is all about strength and new challenges! Alongside pole dance, conditioning and heels, one special highlight is back this month:
NEW: Weekly handstand class: In our handstand class, we will work on shoulder strength, balance and technique. You will learn a safe wall-supported handstand, progress to free balancing, and explore more advanced handstand shapes – suitable for all levels! Use this month to develop your skills and try something new.
