Spring is here, bringing fresh energy into the studio! In April, you can look forward to a variety of classes including Pole Dance, Heels, and Handstand. Take advantage of the longer days and renewed motivation to strengthen your foundation and challenge yourself with new tricks. Step into the new season with us!
New quarter offer: Take advantage of our Quarterly Membership and train throughout April, May, and June for just CHF 649 (that’s around CHF 11 per class).
Practice time: Open Training takes place with a minimum of 3 participants (unguided). Use this opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in class and connect with others! Price: Included in memberships, otherwise CHF 20.
Handstand class: In our handstand class, we will work on shoulder strength, balance and technique. You will learn a safe wall-supported handstand, progress to free balancing, and explore more advanced handstand shapes. Develop your skills and try something new! Suitable for all levels.
